After completing the "ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM," please send the form as a WORD attachment to:
(Please enter "7th J-T-K Symposium Abstract" in the subject of your e-mail.)

Deadline: May 31 (Wed), 2017

Guidelines:
1. Abstract must be written in English
2. Accepted format: Microsoft Word document only
　　　　　　　　　　　- A4 Letter size: Arial font 10
　　　　　　　　　　　- 250 words MAX and Concise title
3. List affiliations of author(s) as briefly as possible
4. Place an asterisk (*) before the name of the presenting author
5. Use standard well-accepted abbreviations
6. When using references, use standard and well-accepted formats
7. Abstract contents should contain:
　　(1) Objective
　　(2) Methods
　　(3) Results
　　(4) Conclusions
　　and these sections need to be outlined clearly.
